Summer Nguyen is a Young Adult Ambassador with Soluna, driven by a deep passion for psychology and a desire to spend her life guiding others through mental and behavioral health challenges. As an ambassador, Summer is on a mission to help break the stigma around mental health — championing the message that our mental wellbeing is just as important as any other aspect of our health, and that no one should have to navigate it alone due to silence or lack of support. Her presence at this summit is a reminder that seeking help is a sign of strength, and that mental health conversations belong in every community.
